How to log into the portal

You can access the Portal for the first time using:

Student Number (Your 7 digit Student Number, for example 1234567)

Password (Your Date of Birth in an eight digit YearMonthDay format such as YYYYMMDD - do not add hyphens, spaces, slashes or underscores.)

On entering your birthdate in the correct format, you will be requested to enter a new password of your own choosing. Subsequent logins will require this new Password.

Registration Checklist:

The following steps are required to be registered and to access your timetable. Once you have completed these steps, your timetable will be made available on the Conestoga Student Portal after April 18th, 2022.

  1. Provide proof of Visa Approval on your Admissions portal: https://studentportal.conestogac.on.ca/InternationalApplication/Content/Login/Login.aspx. If you have already submitted the visa information via email or uploaded to OCAS, you are still required to complete this step.

  2. If You are currently in Canada:
    • Upload a copy of the Study Permit you received at the Canadian border when you arrived

    If you are outside of Canada but will arrive before the start of classes:
    • Upload a copy of your Passport Request letter (PPR), Letter of Introduction (LOI) or visa , issued by Immigration Refugees & Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
    • Enter UCI number listed in your visa approval document – should begin with 11-xxxx-xxxx.
    • Enter the expiry date indicated on your approval document.
    • Read and complete the declaration.

    Note: A valid study permit is the only document accepted and is required to start your program. If you have upload one of the following visa documents – Passport Request (PPR), Visa, or Letter of Introduction LOI) to complete registration, your study permit MUST be uploaded to the portal as soon as you arrive but NO LATER than the first day of class.

  3. Ensure your May 2022 semester tuition payment has been received by the College and is available in your Student Portal account. If required, pay any outstanding tuition fees online
  4. Confirm your invoice (click here to view a tutorial on how to confirm your invoice)
  5. Update your current address in your Student Portal:
    Are you currently in Canada?

    If YES - Use “Local” address for students currently in Canada. (If you do not have a SIN, please be sure to check the SIN check box to indicate this. You won’t be able to save your address if you do not check this box).

    If NO - Do not update your address to a Canadian address until you have arrived in Canada.
