How to log into the portal

You can access the Portal for the first time using:

Student Number (Your 7 digit Student Number, for example 1234567)

Password (Your Date of Birth in an eight digit YearMonthDay format such as YYYYMMDD - do not add hyphens, spaces, slashes or underscores.)

On entering your birthdate in the correct format, you will be requested to enter a new password of your own choosing. Subsequent logins will require this new Password.

Please note that no program or campus changes will be permitted.

The following steps are required to be registered for the Spring 2025 intake starting on May 5th, 2025. Note that timetables will be released and available as of April 14th, 2025.

  1. Provide a copy of your Study Permit* on the International Registration Portal: https://studentportal.conestogac.on.ca/InternationalApplication/Content/Login/Login.aspx.

    2. * A valid study permit is the only document accepted and is required to start your program. Study Permit is the document you receive from the Canadian Border Services Agent AFTER arriving in Canada.

    If you have already submitted this information via email or have uploaded it to the OCAS portal, you are still required to complete this step.

    After you have arrived in Canada:
    • Enter you Study Permit UCI number, Expiry date, AND upload a copy of the Study Permit you received at the Canadian border when you arrived.
    • If you have received a work permit, enter you work permit number, Issue and Expiry dates, and upload a copy of your work permit to the registration portal.
    • Read and complete the declaration section.

  2. Ensure the College has received your Spring 2025 semester tuition payment and is available in your Student Portal account. If required, pay any outstanding tuition fees online.

  3. Your fees are a combination of tuition fees, program-specific fees, and optional fees. You can opt out of optional fees before the College's refund deadline each term. See Opting out of optional fees to learn more.

  4. Update your current address in your Student Portal:

    Use your “Local” address for students currently in Canada. (If you do not have a SIN, please be sure to check the SIN check box to indicate this. You will only be able to save your address if you check this box).
