Update for students regarding Fall 2020 term fees
Fees for the Fall semester have been adjusted to reflect the services students can access during this largely remote delivery period. Fee reductions include recreation centre fees, administrative fees, graduation fees, CSI event fees, CSI association fees, CSI club fees, and the CSI frosh week package. Conestoga will also continue to offer free parking to students attending in-person classes in the fall.
Student accounts and invoices will automatically reflect these reductions. You can find more information about student fees, including how to access and confirm your invoice, on the Conestoga website. Fall fees are due on August 7.
Additional details regarding your specific program delivery will be available in the coming weeks as plans for each program and course offering are finalized.

It is important that you watch your email for COVID-19 specific information. Ensure your personal email address is up-to-date on your Student Portal. FAQ's and updates will also be posted on our COVID-19 Information page.
Conestoga will continue to follow the advice of the Region of Waterloo Public Health and Emergency Services, who are working with the Public Health. Agency of Canada, the Ministry of Health, Public Health Ontario and other healthcare providers and agencies to monitor the situation and coordinate actions as appropriate.

Registering for a day course.
If you are not registered in a program and are interested in registering for a course delivered during the day as part of a full-time program, you will be able to do so beginning May 19th if the course is available. Registration is based on space availability in the course(s) and any prerequisites being met. Complete the Part-Time Studies (Day Course) Registration form which will be located HERE and email the completed form to the appropriate contact for review.
Spring 2020 Registration/Enrolment Information
New Student Appeal Form
A new digital Student Appeal Form is now available. Students can access the new appeal form in the Student Portal under the "Services" tab, and the "My Forms" sub-tab. Please review the Academic Dispute Resolution and Appeal Procedure before submitting a Student Appeal Form.
The Registrar's Office has rolled out four other digital forms and will continue to transition traditional print forms to digital for your convenience.
An updated version of Conestoga 101 with new information related to the current remote online learning environment will be available to students on May 11, 2020. The purpose of Conestoga 101 is to orient students to services available at the college. Students will have access to this course through eConestoga starting on May 11, 2020.
T2202 - 2019 Tax Receipts
Tax receipts are now available through the student portal.
Beginning in 2020, the federal government will require a Social Insurance Number (SIN) in order for postsecondary institutions to issue the T2202 tax form. If Conestoga College does not have a SIN already on file for you, you will be required to provide your SIN in your secure Student Portal in order to access your T2202 for the 2019 tax year and future tax years.

Hours for Full-Time Course Delivery
To support physical distancing on campus, full-time courses at Conestoga may be delivered Monday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Fall Fees 2020
To be enrolled you must complete the following two steps:
- Confirm and save your invoice.
- Pay your fees by the dues date(s).

To confirm and save your invoice:
- Select 'Financial tab'
- Select 'My Invoice' and click on the 'View Invoice' for the appropriate session.
- Accept or Decline fees for optional services
- Complete the transaction by clicking the 'Save and Confirm' or 'Cancel and Return' to start over. You must click 'Save and Confirm' otherwise the invoice amounts will not be updated.
- Once you have saved, changes may not be made
Please allow up to 24 hours for the changes to be reflected on your account.
To view the confirmed invoice and make payment:
- Go to the 'My Fees' tab to view the confirmed invoice.
- Navigate to the 'Program Fees Payment' tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page. Enter the amount to be paid in the box at the bottom of the page.
- Click on 'Continue.' Follow the subsequent screen instructions to either pay through the Student Portal or use another payment method.
- Deposit or tuition payments must be made through the Student Portal or online banking.
- Payments via online banking can take 3 to 5 business days to process.
- All payments will be posted on the student portal once they have been processed.
The fees due date for Fall 2020 is August 7th. Students who are approved for OSAP, the fees due date is September 21st.

FIRST YEAR STUDENTS!
You are required to take Conestoga 101 (CON0101) during your first term and successful completion of this course will be recorded on your official college transcript. This fully online course available on eConestoga takes approximately 90 minutes to complete and will equip you to identify the services, supports, and opportunities available at Conestoga.
