Hours for Full-Time Course Delivery
Full-time courses at Conestoga are typically delivered during the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
In some instances, classes will be scheduled outside of this time frame to accommodate course, program, and college requirements.
Spring 2019 Registration/Enrolment Information
Fees for the 2019/20 academic year will be posted to student accounts the week of June 1, 2019. Fee due dates for the fall 2019 session remain as noted below:
- Deposit Due Date: June 17, 2019
- Fees Due Date: August 2, 2019
September 16, 2019 for approved OSAP recipients
Additional information will be posted on the website mid to late May.
Spring Convocation ceremonies will be held June 10-13, 2019 at Bingemans Conference Centre in Kitchener and at the Sanderson Centre in Brantford on June 19, 2019. Graduates can indicate their attendance through the Student Portal and visit the

T2202A Tax Forms for 2018 are now Available
Once you've logged into your Student Portal, select the 'Financial' tab, then 'My T2202A'. For more income tax information, visit: http://www.conestogac.on.ca/admissions/records/t2202afaq.jsp.
Save time, don't stand in line! Pay your fees online!
- Pay through your student portal (fastest method)
- Use Web banking: Set up Conestoga College as the Payee, and use your student ID as your account number.
In Person payments may only be made at Doon Campus:
- Credit Card
- Money Order or Certified Cheque (by a financial institution)
Please note: As of October 1, 2018, cash will no longer be accepted at the Registrar's Office.

Programs moving to Conestoga's Waterloo Campus
Starting Fall 2019, all levels of the following programs will be offered at Conestoga's new campus in Waterloo:
- Computer Programmer (Diploma)
- Computer Programmer Analyst (Advanced Diploma)
- IT Innovation and Design (Advanced Diploma)
- Software Engineering Technician (Diploma)
- Software Engineering Technology (Advanced Diploma)
Waterloo campus will be home to Conestoga's Applied Computer Studies and Information Technology programs and provides students with modern classrooms, labs, server infrastructure, and innovation commons (student study space). The campus provides a full range of student services, including Food Services, Counselling Services, Accessibility Services, ONE Card, Parking Services, Registrar's Office, Financial Aid, Testing Services, Student Engagement, Coop & Career Services, Career Centre, International Office, and Aboriginal Services.
