Hours for Full-Time Course Delivery
Full-time courses at Conestoga are typically delivered during the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
In some instances, classes will be scheduled outside of this time frame to accommodate course, program, and college requirements.
Fees for 2019/20
Invoices for the 2019/20 academic year will be posted the week of June 3 under the 'Financial' tab in the student portal with a deposit due date of June 17, 2019 for most students.
New for Fall 2019
- Fee payments must be made through your student portal using online/web banking.
- As of June 3, in person payments for tuition fees/registration will no longer be accepted.
- You must make selections for optional fees for services and confirm your invoice.

New Student Rights and Responsibilities Policy and Procedure
The Student Rights and Responsibilities policy outlines your rights and responsibilities as a student at Conestoga College and the
procedure provides a framework to informally and formally
resolve concerns you may encounter while learning at the college. Familiarize yourself with these documents and visit the

Programs moving to Conestoga's Waterloo Campus
Starting Fall 2019, all levels of the following programs will be offered at Conestoga's new campus in Waterloo:
- Computer Programmer (Diploma)
- Computer Programmer Analyst (Advanced Diploma)
- IT Innovation and Design (Advanced Diploma)
- Software Engineering Technician (Diploma)
- Software Engineering Technology (Advanced Diploma)
Waterloo campus will be home to Conestoga's Applied Computer Studies and Information Technology programs and provides students with modern classrooms, labs, server infrastructure, and innovation commons (student study space). The campus provides a full range of student services, including Food Services, Counselling Services, Accessibility Services, ONE Card, Parking Services, Registrar's Office, Financial Aid, Testing Services, Student Engagement, Coop & Career Services, Career Centre, International Office, and Aboriginal Services.
