Hours for Full-Time Course Delivery
Full-time courses at Conestoga are typically delivered during the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
In some instances, classes will be scheduled outside of this time frame to accommodate course, program, and college requirements.
Winter 2020 Registration/Enrolment Information
Fees for 2019/20
To be enrolled you must complete the following two steps: 1) confirm and save your invoice, and 2) pay your fees by the dues date(s).
To confirm and save your invoice:
- Select 'Financial tab'
- Select 'My Invoice' and click on the 'View Invoice' for the appropriate session.
- Accept or Decline fees for optional services
- Complete the transaction by clicking the 'Save and Confirm' or 'Cancel and Return' to start over. (Once you have saved changes may not be made).
- You must click 'Save and Confirm' otherwise the invoice amounts will not be updated.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the changes to be reflected on your account. When your new invoice is available, please go to the "Program Fees Payment" tab under the "Financial" tab to complete your fees payment.
New for Fall 2019
- Fee payments must be made through your student portal using online/web banking.
- In person payments for tuition fees/registration will no longer be accepted.
- You must make selections for optional fees for services and confirm your invoice.

Social Insurance Number to obtain T2202A
Beginning in 2020, the federal government will require a Social Insurance Number (SIN) in order for postsecondary institutions to issue the T2202A tax form. If Conestoga College does not have a SIN already on file for you, you will be required to provide your SIN in your secure Student Portal in order to access your T2202A for the 2019 tax year and future tax years.

The Student Rights and Responsibilities policy outlines your rights and responsibilities as a student at Conestoga College and the
procedure provides a framework to informally and formally
resolve concerns you may encounter while learning at the college. Familiarize yourself with these documents and visit the

Programs moving to Conestoga's Waterloo Campus
Starting Fall 2019, all levels of the following programs will be offered at Conestoga's new campus in Waterloo:
- Computer Programmer (Diploma)
- Computer Programmer Analyst (Advanced Diploma)
- IT Innovation and Design (Advanced Diploma)
- Software Engineering Technician (Diploma)
- Software Engineering Technology (Advanced Diploma)
Waterloo campus will be home to Conestoga's Applied Computer Studies and Information Technology programs and provides students with modern classrooms, labs, server infrastructure, and innovation commons (student study space). The campus provides a full range of student services, including Food Services, Counselling Services, Accessibility Services, ONE Card, Parking Services, Registrar's Office, Financial Aid, Testing Services, Student Engagement, Coop & Career Services, Career Centre, International Office, and Aboriginal Services.

FIRST YEAR STUDENTS!
You are required to take Conestoga 101 (CON0101) during your first term and successful completion of this course will be recorded on your official college transcript. This fully online course available on eConestoga takes approximately 90 minutes to complete and will equip you to identify the services, supports, and opportunities available at Conestoga.
