Logging in for the first time

You can access the Portal for the first time using:

Student Number (Your 7 digit Student Number, for example 1234567)

Password (Your Date of Birth in an eight digit YearMonthDay format such as YYYYMMDD - do not add hyphens, spaces, slashes or underscores.)

On entering your birthdate in the correct format, you will be requested to enter a new password of your own choosing. Subsequent logins will require this new Password.

Note that your student password will also be used when accessing the College Portal and SIS (if applicable).

CE registrants do not require a student ID number. Click on the Browse Continuing Education Courses tab above, to search and register for courses.

Spring 2018 Registration/Enrolment Information


T2202A tax forms for 2017 are now available. Once you've logged into your Student Portal, select the 'Financial' tab, then 'My T2202A'. For more income tax information, visit:


First Year Students, make sure you complete Conestoga 101 on eConestoga to help get you set for your Orientation and first day of classes. Conestoga 101 covers everything you need to make your time at Conestoga a success. Complete it by February 12th for chance to win an iPad or $250 in Condor Cash.

Spring 2018 Convocation

Spring Convocation ceremonies will be held June 11-14, 2018. Please visit the Convocation website for details. Graduates will be able to RSVP for Convocation through the Student Portal beginning in early April.

Student Tuition Billing - 2017/2018

Invoices have been posted under the 'Financial' tab for the 2017/18 academic year through the student portal. Please check your billing information and ensure that it is accurate.

For current students:

  • Academic decisions entered after May 12/17 which change a student's promotion status will affect the invoice(s) posted. Please verify your enrolment and financial information in the event there is a change/update.
  • Note the upcoming due dates for fees as invoices are not mailed.
  • Students in cohort programs with a status of part-time or have been issued a Special-Timetable academic decision are not invoiced at this time. Invoicing will occur when registration is opened and courses are selected.

Programs moving to Cambridge Campus

Starting Fall 2017, all levels of the Electronics Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering Technician, Computer Engineering Technology, Embedded Systems Development, and Wireless Network Infrastructure programs will be offered at Conestoga's newest campus, located in Cambridge just across the 401 and a 15 minute walk from the main Doon campus (all classes and labs will be moved to the Cambridge campus).

Cambridge campus is home to Conestoga's School of Engineering and provides students with modern classrooms, labs, and applied research facilities. The campus provides a full range of student services, including Food Services, Library, Learning Commons, Accessibility Services, the Adaptive Technology Lab, Counseling Services, Co-op, International Education Advising, Student Life, Career Hub, Parking and Security Services, a Spiritual Room, and Registrar Services. As an added bonus, a shuttle bus runs from 7am-8pm during the week (from September-April) with stops at Cambridge Campus, Doon Campus, and Residence. Grand River Transit (GRT) also runs bus routes to and from Cambridge Campus.
